About these terms
These draft terms use British IPTV as the website name for bestbritishiptv.co.uk. The legal trader’s name, address, email and any applicable registration details must be supplied before these terms are used for sales.
The final terms and order confirmation should be available in a form you can save. This local preview does not place an order, take payment or activate a subscription.
Your subscription and devices
The website presents 3-month, 6-month and 12-month subscriptions, with 1 to 5 simultaneous devices. This allowance is the number of connections that can play together, not a promise that every device model or app is compatible.
Confirm your model, app and required channels before ordering. Picture quality, catch-up and content availability depend on the supported feed, connection, app and device. Changes in availability do not remove rights where the service is not as agreed or described.
Lifetime is a request for a separate written quote. Its duration, included service, restrictions and total price must be expressly defined before payment. “Lifetime” must not be left undefined.
Ordering and payment
The proposed process is to select a subscription and devices, receive a payment link by email, pay, then allow time for account preparation. The final process must explain when a binding contract is formed, identify the trader and processor, give the total price and confirm the agreed delivery time.
GBP prices, taxes and unavoidable charges must be clear before payment. No optional extra may be added without agreement. Keep your order confirmation and receipt.
The stated model is a one-off payment with no automatic renewal. Ordering again at the end of a fixed term is your choice. Renewal must not create a charge without your agreement.
Setup and support
You need a compatible device, supported app and suitable internet connection. App licences, installation assistance and any separate app charges must be confirmed in your order details.
The proposed support channels are a private Support Portal, Telegram and email. Actual Best British IPTV destinations have not been supplied and must be confirmed before launch.
Report problems promptly and provide reasonable troubleshooting information. You are not required to make unlimited attempts or accept significant inconvenience where the law provides a remedy.
Cancellation and faulty service
The proposed voluntary 14-day service-fault guarantee is explained in the Refund Policy. It is separate from and cannot restrict statutory cancellation or other consumer rights.
Where a statutory cancellation right applies, any early-supply request, express consent and acknowledgement required to change it must be obtained through the actual ordering process and confirmed to you. Accepting these terms is not a blanket waiver.
Where digital content or a service is faulty, not as described or fails applicable legal requirements, legal remedies continue to apply. The voluntary guarantee’s time limit does not cut those rights short.
Lawful use and content rights
Only use content and services you are authorised to access in your jurisdiction. Do not redistribute access, resell credentials without permission, misuse another person’s account or compromise the website or service.
Third-party sourcing and a VPN do not establish broadcasting rights or make unauthorised access lawful. The business must verify the permissions required for its service. The Disclaimer does not transfer the trader’s legal duties to customers.
Responsibility and complaints
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer remedies, fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Raise complaints using the business contact, once supplied, with your order reference and a description of the issue. The final complaint process, response arrangements and any applicable dispute-resolution information must be confirmed before launch.
This draft does not choose a court or governing law that removes mandatory protections where a consumer lives. Material changes cannot retrospectively remove rights under an existing order.
